A dear work friend retired the week of this post. She was kind and always helpful. She came from Tennessee and moved here to Pennsylvania years ago.

I'm glad our paths crossed and have had the pleasure of working with her.

This was a parting gift for her - 100% edible, homemade dark chocolate (pot, stem, hand spade, and potting soil), white chocolate (flower and leaves), and hard candy (for the gardens stones).

This is a demo of one of our first tests using our very own CAD designed and self-built manual taffy puller.

This edible dark chocolate bird house was made from scratch and included the following:

• 64% Dark Chocolate Components

• Golden Egg with Candy Egg White and Caramel Egg Yolk

• Hard Candy Egg Nest

• Hard Candy “Glass” Windows

Made in honor of my God Who passed on the artistic and engineering skills from my amazing parents. Through the years, they have made countless wooden bird houses that they have given as gifts to family members.

This was my gift to them in December 2025.
