Refund and Return Policy

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve reached this page.

Although we strive to provide you with a gourmet experience, it is possible that based on environmental conditions or other factors, your product is not behaving the way it was intended. To that end, we ask for you to follow the guidelines when asking for a refund of your purchase.

  1. Did you follow our recommendations for product shelf-life found on the Home Page under Tips and Disclaimers? If so, please proceed.

  2. Did you follow our recommendations for storing the product when not in use also found on the Home Page under Tips and Disclaimers? If so, please proceed.

  3. If the above are true, please do the following:

    1. Send a text message to our support and contact number 267-450-6622

    2. Please provide your name, order number, date of purchase, and the lot number found on the package

      1. Any orders dated over 60 days old will be given a 5% discounted credit on the replacement order. No discount offered if no *unused portion to return

      2. Any orders dated between 30 and 60 days old will be given a 25% discount credit on the replacement order. 5% discount if no *unused portion to return

      3. Any orders dated 30 days or less will be given a 90% or full discount credit towards the replacement order (based on the discretion of management). 50% discount if *no unused portion to return (based on the discretion of management)

      4. If we shipped you the wrong product, we will replace the returned product for you with the correct one and will reimburse you for the shipping charge for the return (up to $20).

    3. * You must return any unused portion back to our shop within 2 weeks of receipt for analysis to determine the root cause of the failure.

    4. You pay for the return shipping. We will pay for the shipping of the replacement order. You can also return the product in person (by appointment) during business hours to avoid shipping charges.

    5. Ship all damaged items to the address at the bottom of the website to the attention of “RMA#” + the RMA number we provide
